Every order from My Sacred Salt is crafted and packed with intention, a little bit of magic in every jar. Below you’ll find all the details on how your rituals make their way to you.
Processing Times
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches, so please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
During product launches, holidays, or restocks, processing times may extend slightly as we pour love into every blend.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your ritual’s journey home.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship via USPS and UPS to ensure reliable, timely delivery.
For U.S. orders, please allow 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If you don’t see your confirmation or tracking email, check your spam folder — sometimes our magic lands there by mistake.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
We take great care in packaging every order, but once it leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the carrier.

Shipping for Returns
If you’re returning an eligible item, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely back to us.
Preorders & Limited Releases
From time to time, we offer limited-edition blends or preorder launches.
Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page and confirmed in your order email. We appreciate your patience as we prepare these intentional creations for you.
