What is a bath ritual and why should I try one?
A bath ritual is more than self-care, it’s a sacred pause. Each soak
invites you to slow down, set an intention, and reconnect with yourself.
Our Sacred Salts transform ordinary baths into moments of release,
reflection, and renewal.
How much Sacred Salt should I use for one bath?
We recommend using about 1/2 to 3/4 cup per bath or roughly 1/3 of a jar.
Pour your salts directly into warm water and stir gently to dissolve.
From the gold packet found in your salts sprinkle in a pinch of powder
and watch the magic begin. You are welcome to adjust the amount based on
your ritual needs.
Can I use these salts in a foot bath instead of a full tub?
Absolutely. While they’re designed for full-body baths to invite full ritual, half the magic happens when you slow down and connect. A foot soak with the same blend (use less salt) is still a potent moment of self-care.
How often should I do a bath ritual?
There’s no wrong rhythm, once a week is a beautiful start. Many use our salts during the new or full moon, or anytime they feel called to release, reset, rest, or recharge.
How long should I soak for the best experience?
Soak for 20–30 minutes, or as long as it feels nurturing. Dim the lights, set an intention, and let the salts, botanicals, and crystal energy do their work.

Each salt bath is intentionally blended with mineral-rich salts, organic botanicals, and pure essential oils, all paired with a guided ritual and curated crystals to support emotional release, clarity, or rest. Every element has purpose and energy, no fillers, just intention.
What is the purpose of the crystal inside each jar?
The keepsake crystal is the heart of your ritual. It carries the energy of your chosen intention, peace, protection, love, or renewal. Once discovered, cleanse it and keep it nearby as a reminder of your ritual’s purpose.
Are your ingredients natural, vegan, and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Sacred Salts are vegan, cruelty-free, and made with pure, natural ingredients — no synthetic fragrances, dyes, or preservatives. Every blend honors your body and the planet.
Where are your salts, botanicals, and crystals sourced from?
We work with trusted suppliers who share our values. Our salts come from the Dead Sea and Himalayan regions, our botanicals and pure essential oils are organically grown, and our crystals are ethically sourced to ensure purity and energetic integrity.
What is neuroplasticity — and how does it relate to rituals?
Neuroplasticity is your brain’s natural ability to rewire and form new connections.

What are chakras?
Chakras are the seven main energy centers in your body, spinning wheels of light that guide your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
When your chakras are balanced, energy flows freely and you feel grounded, radiant, and in tune with yourself.
Each Sacred Salt blend draws inspiration from these energies, helping you align and restore your inner flow.

Located at the base of the spine, it’s your foundation — the anchor that grounds you to the earth.

Cleanse & Care
Will the bath be messy or stain my tub?
No, but we recommend rinsing your tub afterward for best results. Our botanicals and bath materials are natural and water-soluble, leaving no stains, only serenity.
Will petals or botanicals clog my drain?
No — they’re designed to float, soften, and then you simply lift them out or let them go down with standard drainage. But, if you prefer a tidier soak, pour your salts into a muslin or reusable sachet. You’ll still enjoy the scent and energy, without cleanup.
How do I clean up after the ritual?
Simply rinse your tub and wipe it down gently. If you wish, you can compost the botanicals or scatter them in your garden as an offering back to the earth.
How should I store my Sacred Salt products?
Keep your salts in a cool, dry place, sealed tightly to preserve their fragrance and energetic potency. Avoid leaving the jar open in humid areas.
How long do your bath rituals last (shelf life)?
Your Sacred Salts will stay fresh for about 12–18 months if stored properly. Because they’re natural and preservative-free, we recommend using them within a year for the most vibrant scent and energy.
Do you offer limited edition or seasonal blends?
Yes, occasionally, we release limited-edition and seasonal rituals inspired by the moon cycle, seasons, or special collaborations. These often sell out quickly, follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our email list so you don’t miss them.
Mindful & Safe
What if I have allergies or very sensitive skin?
Because you and your skin are sacred, I craft each ritual with care and clean ingredients. That said: if you’re very sensitive, have open wounds, or know you react to botanicals or essential oils, please do a patch test first. And always follow the soak with a rinse if you feel any stinging or discomfort.
Can I use the ritual if I’m pregnant or have special health conditions?
Because each body is sacred and unique, I always recommend consulting your physician if you’re pregnant, nursing, or have significant health concerns (e.g., very low blood pressure, seizures, cardiac issues). Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the U.S., Salt Baths are handcrafted, packed with intention, and shipped from Westchester, New York.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 3–5 business days, and standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on salt baths. Only certain products will be eligible for return. For more information please see our Return Policy. Who created Sacred Salt and what inspired it?
Sacred Salt was born from the belief that self-care can be sacred. Created by Shari Gordon, who values slow living, intention, and energetic beauty, every product is made to remind you that your journey of self discovery begins with presence, and even a simple bath can be a ceremony.

Yes! You can now purchase refill bags for your favorite Sacred Salts.
Each refill bag holds about five baths and includes only the salts and botanicals — no crystals or ritual cards are included, allowing you to reuse your original jar and ritual keepsakes.
We’ll be launching refill subscriptions soon, so you can keep your ritual stocked sustainably.
For now, we offer a monthly subscription experience, a curated package aligned with the season and energy of the month, featuring Salt baths, rituals, candles, and crystals. Some months include limited-edition blends that are only available to subscribers.
